Billiard Directory Agreement:

I understand that the Billiard Directory is a repository of information and maintains the right to delete any information that is inappropriate or does not fit within the categories that I have selected. NO REFUNDS will be given to anyone attempting to post illegal or immoral information into the Billiard Directory. All information for that listing will be deleted.

The Billiard Directory is not responsible for misleading or incorrect information given by the subscriber(s). Any information, views, opinions or the like listed by any subscriber are not necessarily that of the Billiard Directory.

I also understand that the term of my listing will be based on the price plan that I have selected (one year or two years) and that the term will begin from the date my listing is posted on the Billiard Directory.

Length of term is based on full calendar years, (e.g. July 1, 2001 thru July 1, 2002 for a one year term and July 1, 2003 for a two year term.) Once the listing is posted in the Billiard Directory there will be no refunds of monies paid for the listing(s). If the subscriber sells their business, the new owner may take over ownership of the listing and may change the listing as they see fit providing the new owner has been given the passwords to gain access to the listing.

Two months prior to the end of the term for your listing, a notice of renewal will be sent via "e-mail" if it has been provided, or it will be sent via regular mail. At that time you may send check or money order to the address listed on that notice. To avoid any disruption of your listing in the Billiard Directory, it is recommended that payment be made as soon as possible. Once payment is received, your listing term will be extended by one or two years, depending on which price plan is selected, and this agreement will carry over with that extension.

The Billiard Directory and the host Server will give the best possible service to our subscribers, however, if there is downtime due to power outages and so forth, then the Billiard Directory will make judgment whether to extend any "Listing" term depending on the length of outage and type of problem.

By posting your "Listing" on the Billiard Directory, you agree to these terms and conditions. This agreement may be modified/updated at any time during your term to reflect any changes as needed.
