I understand that the Billiard Directory is a repository of information and maintains the right to delete any information that is inappropriate. NO REFUNDS will be given to anyone attempting to post illegal or immoral information into the Billiard Directory. All information for that business will be deleted.

The Billiard Directory is not responsible for misleading or incorrect information given by the subscriber(s). Any information, views, opinions or the like listed by any subscriber are not necessarily that of the Billiard Directory.

I also understand that the term of my Banner Advertising will be based on the price plan that I have selected (3, 6, 12, or 24 months) and that the term will begin from the date my Banner(s) is posted on the Billiard Directory.

Length of term is based on full calendar months, (e.g. July 1, 2001 through September 30th, 2001 for a 3 month term or through December 31st, 2001 for a 6 month term.) Once the Banner is posted on the Billiard Directory, there will be no refunds of monies paid for the Banner(s).

Banners may be updated during the term by sending new Banners via e-mail to the Billiard Directory where they will be implemented as quickly as possible. It is the responsibility of the Advertiser to get the new Banner to the Billiard Directory.

If the Advertiser sells their business at any time, the new owner may take over ownership of the Banner and may change the Banner as they see fit providing the new owner has been given the passwords to gain access.

If needed, Billiard Directory personnel may be able to assist in the creation of a Banner to suit your needs. Banners will be no larger than 180 x 70 pixels.

One month prior to the end of the term for your Banner ad, a notice will be sent via "e-mail" if it has been provided, otherwise it will be sent via regular mail. At that time you may send check or money order to the address listed on that notice. To avoid any disruption of your listing in the Billiard Directory, it is recommended that payment be made as quickly as possible. Once payment is received, your listing term will be extended by 3-6-12 or 24 months, depending on which price plan is selected, and this agreement will carry over with that extension.

If payment is not received by term end date, your Banner will be placed on hold and the space will be used by the Billiard Directory until payment has been received, or that space is purchased by another Banner Advertiser.

The Billiard Directory and the host Server will give the best possible service to our advertisers, however, if there is downtime due to power outages and so forth, then the Billiard Directory will make judgment whether to extend any Banner Advertising term depending on the length of outage and type of problem.

By posting your Banner Advertising on the Billiard Directory, you agree to these terms and conditions. This agreement may be modified/updated at any time during your term to reflect any changes as needed.
